The Leader’s Art

This skills development program focuses on leadership from the inside-out. It is for those who want to be more at ease with conflict, whether it’s one on one, or working with their teams.

It builds on the leader’s existing strengths and desire to bring out the best in their people. Resolving conflict is about dealing with the facts and feelings of a particular issue, and creating learning as the basis for trusting relationships and behavior change.

The main goal of this program is to give the leader a greater sense of freedom to influence behaviors, negotiate expectations, and give difficult feedback, making leadership less stressful and more rewarding.

Unresolved conflicts create negative moods, contaminating the emotional atmosphere of our psyche, relationships, workplace cultures, and society as a whole. Dealing with difficult conversations in a direct and respectful manner makes conflict more satisfying, productive, and safe.
